The Mason County LEPC has recently completed the creation of a "Shelter In Place" DVD to accompany kits that are currently being put together by members of the LEPC.  The kits are to be distributed along with the DVD's to every school in Mason County as well as additional units to each school to use a raffle ticket items, door prizes at PTO gatherings, etc.  To view the Shelter In Place DVD, use the link below or the main link on the left.  In order to play the DVD, you need to have the FREE QuickTime program.  Get it HERE.

On February 1st, 2008 members of the DVD/Shelter In Place Kit committee met at the 911 center to assemble the kits.  Several photo's of the building of the kits are posted here on the website.  Click "HERE" or the link on the left column.

February 4, 2008 -- The Point Pleasant Register had an article on the shelter in place kits.  A copy of the article is available here under the "News & Articles" tab.
