Hello.  It is a pretty good guess that since you are here either you are having trouble with your company issued e-mail address or you are curious what is here.  Curiosity is fine.  If you are having a problem, this is by far the best way to get help. 

If you are having a problem or just have a question about something or need help figuring something out, this is definitely the best place to go.  Below you can enter your question or details of the problem(s) you are having.  When you submit your help request it will be delivered directly to my Blackberry.  I am sure it is no surprise to anyone that my day is busy from start to finish and I am out on the road allot and have the ability to fix allot of problems remotely including while driving down the road from my laptop. 

Please be aware that you may not receive an immediate answer or attention to your problem depending on what the problem is but I will get to it as quick as I can.  If you have not heard anything in about 2 or 3 days, feel free to submit a new ticket to try and hurry me up :-).
